Dubin

Dubin presented a challenge in that the hand drawn floor plans and elevations I received as the starting point did not agree with each other, yet the customer was in love with both. Further, the site had very limiting set backs, so there could be no deviation from the footprint on the submissions. Honing in on the exact look and layout the customer wanted while modifying their expectations of what could be reasonably done with this construction method in the given footprint set the stage for what has been one of my most collaborative models.
