Linger is an updated model of the Okemo Mountain Retreat from American Post and Beam with modifications for the client's preferences. The Okemo Mountain Retreat was completed in 2018. The company has expanded to offer a larger range of package components since then, requiring a complete re-draw of the model for Linger, including the addition of a second floor in the connector and the entire garage.
